Your Unique Student Identifier (USI) showcases all of your nationally recognised training accomplishments and certifications since January 1st, 2015. The USI serves as a repository for information regarding any qualifications you've acquired from January 1st, 2015 onward, providing you with online access to your certificates. In order to enroll in an accredited training course within Australia, you must have a USI. is mandatory. Initiating the application for your USI number is facilitated through the Australian Government website. Please note that this procedure is independent of First Aid Course WA and is a government-mandated prerequisite for all individuals in Australia undertaking accredited training. We post all required equipment for the practical assessments of first aid and CPR. However, participants are responsible for arranging their video conferencing gear, a stable internet connection, a computer or mobile device with a webcam and microphone, and a quiet, comfortable space to participate in the training.

You have flexibility in returning the equipment to Australia Post; however, be aware that the issuance of your certificate will be paused until we confirm the equipment is in transit back to us through Australia Post.

To use it, peel the sticker and carefully place it over the existing postage label, ensuring the original is fully covered. Once the box is securely taped shut, you may drop it off at any Australia Post location. Please ensure the package is scanned at the counter during drop-off for tracking purposes.
