In order to enroll in an accredited training course within Australia, you must have a USI. is mandatory.     We post all required equipment for the practical assessments of first aid and CPR. However, participants are responsible for arranging their video conferencing gear, a stable internet connection, a computer or mobile device with a webcam and microphone, and a quiet, comfortable space to participate in the training.
  • What is the timeframe for returning the equipment to Australia Post?
    You have flexibility in returning the equipment to Australia Post; however, be aware that the issuance of your certificate will be paused until we confirm the equipment is in transit back to us through Australia Post.
  • Is there a limit to the number of participants in each online session?
    To ensure a quality learning experience, we limit the number of participants to Five in each session. It’s advised to register early to secure your spot.
