    Your Unique Student Identifier (USI) showcases all of your nationally recognised training accomplishments and certifications since January 1st, 2015. The USI serves as a repository for information regarding any qualifications you've acquired from January 1st, 2015 onward, providing you with online access to your certificates. In order to enroll in an accredited training course within Australia, you must have a USI. is mandatory. Initiating the application for your USI number is facilitated through the Australian Government website. Have your provided resource pack and inflated training manikins nearby, along with a pen and notepad for notes.

    We post all required equipment for the practical assessments of first aid and CPR. However, participants are responsible for arranging their video conferencing gear, a stable internet connection, a computer or mobile device with a webcam and microphone, and a quiet, comfortable space to participate in the training.
  • What is the timeframe for returning the equipment to Australia Post?
    You have flexibility in returning the equipment to Australia Post; however, be aware that the issuance of your certificate will be paused until we confirm the equipment is in transit back to us through Australia Post.
  • Is there a limit to the number of participants in each online session?
    To ensure a quality learning experience, we limit the number of participants to Five in each session. It’s advised to register early to secure your spot.
  • Is there any prerequisite online learning to complete before the Zoom session?
    Yes, before your scheduled Zoom class, it's necessary to complete some self-paced online learning components. These include engaging with the course materials provided, undertaking any pre-reading assignments, and successfully finishing online quizzes associated with your course.
